Scheduling Policy

At Summit Phone Repair, we strive to provide our customers with prompt, convenient, and reliable repair services. To ensure that we can meet the needs of all our customers, we have established the following scheduling policy:

 

1. Appointment Scheduling: All repairs must be scheduled in advance. To schedule an appointment, customers can call our customer service line or use our online booking system. We require customers to provide us with their name, phone number, email address, device type, payment information (for cancellation fees), and a brief description of the repair issue.

2. Availability: Our availability for repairs is subject to change, but we strive to provide appointments at the earliest convenience of the customer. We offer repairs on weekdays, weekends, subject to availability.

3. Appointment Confirmation: We will confirm the appointment with the customer via phone, email, or text message. It is important that customers provide accurate contact information and respond promptly to our confirmation to ensure that the repair can be completed as scheduled.

4. Arrival Time: Our technicians will arrive within the scheduled time frame. In the event that the technician is running late, we will communicate this to the customer as soon as possible.

5. Cancellation or Rescheduling: If a customer needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Customers can cancel or reschedule their appointment by calling our customer service line or using our online booking system. If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or, the technician is not able to contact the customer within 5 minutes after arrival, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.

We understand that unexpected events may occur that may prevent customers from keeping their appointment. We also reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in the event of unforeseen circumstances that may prevent us from providing the service as scheduled.
